Refunds

Refunds will not be given for 'change of mind' - My pieces are made to order and/or custom made so therefore cannot be resold. However, I want you to be happy with the piece you have purchased, so please contact me at annapaulcreative@gmail.com if you have any issues with your order -  i am happy to chat!

I aim to ensure your art pieces are safely packaged and arrive in perfect condition and although tried and tested with no problems so far, i cannot guarantee the safety of a piece once i hand over the parcel for shipping.

Faulty or damaged goods

I do not offer a return service, but should your order arrive damaged, please contact me within five days of receiving your item via email and include a photo of the damage/fault. Please keep all packaging for claiming purposes.
